Terms of Use.

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of stefanolodi.com and any services I provide through it. By using this site, you agree to them. If something here doesn’t make sense or you’d like clarification, just ask.

1. Who I am

This website is operated by Stefano Lodi, an independent fractional marketing director and builder based in Indonesia. References to ‘I’, ‘me’, or ‘my’ throughout this site and these terms refer to Stefano Lodi as an individual.

2. Using this site

You’re welcome to read, share, and link to content on this site. What you’re not welcome to do:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of written content, case studies, or other materials without my permission.
  • Present my work, writing, or ideas as your own.
  • Use this site in any way that’s deceptive, harmful, or illegal.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from this site at scale.

If you’d like to use something from this site for a specific purpose, just reach out. I’m generally reasonable about it.

3. Intellectual property

Everything on this site that I created, including the writing, case studies, structure, and general concept, belongs to me. Client names, logos, and any third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used here with appropriate permission or for reference purposes.

Nothing on this site grants you a license to use my work commercially. If you want to collaborate, quote me, or feature my work somewhere, get in touch first.

4. Advisory content and limitations of liability

I share perspectives on marketing, strategy, and building tools based on my own experience. None of this is professional legal, financial, or technical advice. It’s one person’s point of view, shaped by the projects I’ve worked on.

I do my best to keep information accurate and up to date, but I can’t guarantee it. Marketing and technology move fast. What worked well in one context may not apply to yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any information presented here. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If you’re making a significant business decision, please consult qualified professionals in the relevant field.

5. Services and engagements

When we agree to work together, the terms of that engagement, including scope, payment, deliverables, and timelines, will be set out in a separate written agreement. These website terms don’t replace or override any specific agreement we enter into.

Payment terms for any services I provide will be agreed in writing before work begins. I reserve the right to pause or discontinue work on an engagement if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.

6. Booking a call

Booking a free 30-minute call through this site is non-binding. It’s a conversation, not a contract. I’m not obligated to take on your project, and you’re not obligated to hire me. If either of us needs to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

7. External links

This site occasionally links to external websites. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean I endorse everything on that page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where I’m based. If you’re located in the EU or Canada, nothing here is intended to override any mandatory consumer protections or rights you have under your local law.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms or how this site works, reach out at hello@stefanolodi.com. I’ll get back to you.
