Privacy Policy.

This is a personal website. I don’t run ads, I don’t sell data, and I have no interest in collecting anything I don’t need. This page explains what information comes in when you use this site, what I do with it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What information I collect

Contact form submissions. When you reach out through the site, I receive your name, email address, and whatever message you include. That information comes to me directly by email. I don’t store it in a database.

Call booking data. If you book a free 30-minute call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address, and the time slot you choose. That data is processed by Google. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics data. I use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time spent on the site, general location (country or city level), device type, and referring source. It does not collect your name or email. Your IP address is anonymized before it reaches Google’s servers.

Cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These are analytical cookies only. No marketing or advertising cookies are used on this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

3. Why I collect it

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I don’t add you to any list, and I don’t share it with anyone.

Booking data is used to schedule and manage calls. Google Calendar handles the mechanics of this.

Analytics data helps me understand what content is useful, where visitors come from, and how the site performs. This helps me improve it over time.

5. How long I keep it

Contact form messages: I keep these in my email inbox for as long as they’re relevant to our conversation. If you ask me to delete them, I will.

Booking data: Managed by Google Calendar. Subject to Google’s retention policies.

Analytics data: Retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default, then automatically deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have specific rights over your personal data. Here’s what applies:

EU residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You have the right to restrict or object to how I process it. You have the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. If you have a complaint that I haven’t resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Canadian residents (PIPEDA). You have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, and to request corrections if it’s inaccurate. You can also withdraw consent to my processing of your data, subject to legal or contractual limitations.

US residents (including California under CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information I collect, how it’s used, and whether it’s shared. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. I do not sell personal information.
